Traffic/ Advertising Coordinator

Location: On-Site / Springfield, Missouri

Timeframe: Monday - Friday

Salary: 46k-48k

Summary

Our client's advertising team is seeking a coordinator to support with the execution of the broad-reach media plan, assist with the media buying agency, and contribute to the planning and development of TV, Radio and print plans.

Responsibilities 

  • A National Auto Parts retailer is looking for a candidate with traffic management experience to collaborate with media departments to distribute materials, including radio, TV, and print plans
  • Candidate must be a highly detail-oriented person and Excel proficient
  • An individual that can dive into multichannel marketing campaigns in alignment with the media by schedule and traffic rotations
  • Coordinate a production timeline to ensure timely delivery and trafficking of media assets, providing proofing and QC process for media assets
  • Candidate must maintain the department budget and DMA list, including processing, tracking, and routing advertising vendor invoices
  • Able and willing to review, analyze, and respond to new advertising opportunities and requests

Gotta Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, accounting, production, or a related field
  • Assist with analysis and reporting to aid in media planning and strategy
  • Be able to develop and coordinate media integrations and added value
  • Process, track, and route advertising vendor invoices
  • Understands Ad trafficking or has the experience and is willing to become an expert
  • Knowing Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint like the back of your hand
  • Be able to communicate effectively and have impeccable organizational skills
  • Must present a professional company image and positive attitude
  • Comfortable in a TEAM-oriented work environment
  • Great written and verbal communication skills

Tip the Scales

  • Previous Agency experience as a Traffic Manager
  • Experience with media production and placement
  • Know basic marketing principles
