Marketing Operations Specialist


The Marketing Operations Specialist will assist in the development of sales publications from the proofing phase through printing and distribution.

Job Functions:
  • Proof all Marketing related materials to ensure accuracy prior to deployment
  • Monitor dates to ensure the sales field receives materials on time Coordinate direct shipment of Marketing materials  
  • Assist with Grand Openings, First Call Promo and Parts Payoff promotions needed
  • Supervise vendor billing
  • Maintain Budget spreadsheet of Marketing expenditures
  • Handle questions from team members and vendors regarding programs, promotions, flyers, etc
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Experience with and knowledge of Adobe, Excel, and Word 
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Must present a professional company image and positive attitude Good written and verbal communication skills
