Video Production Manager
Caravan is a high-growth digital wellness startup. We are looking for ambitious people who share our passion for wellness to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role will focus on managing all aspects of developing and producing high-quality wellness videos for our services. Candidate should have a passion for health and wellness and demonstrate excellent video/photo editing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of content quality and development
- Foster a culture of motivation and accountability across your team
- Display big picture thinking while also maintaining high attention to detail and deadlines
- Work hand-in-hand with the business development and content team to develop understanding of work flow and production infrastructure
- Understand business goals in order to ensure strategic plans are in sync
- Support teacher management, such as support class planning/music choices, optimize video engagement, ensure personal brands/social media content are aligned with Caravan's mission)
Qualifications:
- Previous production experience
- Passion for content creation
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively with teams across every level of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, set priorities and successfully manage multiple assignments concurrently
- Detail oriented, able to work under pressure and with excellent organizational skills
