Intern- Medical Affairs & Professional Education

Responsible for the management of professional education content for Ophthalmic Diagnostics. Focus on clinical utilization and efficacy of Zeiss technology within the Ophthalmic Diagnostic ecosystem. Data and metrics management/development. Interact with internal Zeiss stakeholders, health care professionals (Ophthalmic specific), and 3rd party vendors/partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate and expand on educational content for Anterior Segment, Retina, and Glaucoma diagnostic products; aligning with internal stakeholders on messaging that are flexible for a global audience
  • Customize educational content to generate short digestible videos, cases studies, courses, etc.
  • Expand our virtual education platform:
  • - Management of our Educational Portal
  • - Testing of a new virtual education web platform
  • Create, develop and execute new interactive forms of education from a peer-to-peer environment
  • Collaborating with the team from start to finish on educational programs
  • Engage with 3rd party vendors and assist with sponsorship processes/contracts
  • Thorough analyses on programs that have completed – targeting topics and audiences for future programs

Collaborating with Medical Affairs – Professional Education team to create, execute, and manage educational programs and content for our Ophthalmic technology. Get acquainted with our technology, specifically ODX focused. Better understand the department’s responsibilities and our function within the ecosystem of a medical device company.

Must currently be in an Education program.
Individual who is currently residing in the U.S. and has a SSN.
Must show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
The hourly pay range for this position is $23.00 -$29.00.
The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.
