Sales Operations Associate

About the role
We're looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help support and drive FINTRX's rapidly growing sales and revenue teams. This person will be responsible for organizing sales and CRM data to help our organization sell more effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general analytical support for the sales team
  • Organize and assign leads to appropriate sales teams and reps
  • Map leads and accounts to corresponding sales teams
  • Support sales team in creating target lists based on sales and potential data
  • Analyze and organize sales pipelines on an ongoing basis
  • Provide insights into growth levers for accelerating revenue, and operationalize new ideas through the creation of processes and workflows
  • Utilize KPIs and data analytics to challenge forecast and propose actionable recommendations
  • Study past sales data to determine trends in productivity

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in analytics, business administration, finance or related fields
  • 1 -3 years of relevant experience in analytics, sales support and/or sales operations
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, especially Hubspot, is a plus
  • Honesty, integrity, and accountability
  • High attention to detail
  • Organization and ability to manage multiple projects and meet proposed deadlines
