Sales Representative

Job description:
Full-time (40hrs), remote pharmaceutical sales position with a dynamic new wholesaler. Sales representatives will work as part of a team and are responsible for building relationships and opening new accounts, while maintaining  and fostering the company's existing accounts. Leads and training will be provided. As a Sales Representative, you will: 

·       Use proactive and consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within accounts. 
·       Respond daily to requests by email and voicemail from customers and partners.
·       Drive collaboration and maintain consistent, open lines of communication across the assigned responsibilities with the team.
·       Develop and grow mutually beneficial customer relationships.
·       Stay current on market trends and communicate with the team.
·       Prioritize and appropriately respond to requests in a fast-paced environment.  
·       Maintain composure and problem-solving focus during stressful customer interactions.  
·       Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Company regulations, policies, and procedures. 

Required Qualifications:
·       A minimum of a bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant professional work/military experience
·       Effective and timely communication with co-workers and customers.
·       Self-starter who performs well with autonomy and can be flexible in a dynamic work environment.
·       Problem solver who can think critically in high pressure situations.
·       Receptive to constructive feedback and coaching.
·       Collaborates well and helps improve the performance of a team. Hunger for learning and building new skills.

Compensation Plan:
Annual salary $50k + uncapped commission + benefits
Compensation Range $75k-$200k+ annually (dependent on sales performance)
