INVESTMENT PROPERTY LOANS

Easy Street Capital is looking for a Business Development Representative “ BDR” to enter an exclusive investment property loans originations development program. Focus will be to engage with real estate investors through a variety of channels (social media, in-person meetups and events, real estate agent and other referrals, etc.) to help provide financing solutions for investment residential (1-10 unit) investment properties including short term rentals and vacation properties. Easy Street Capital has an industry-leading “DSCR” loan product for investors, with specialization in STRs, multi-unit properties and “BRRRR Method” rehab projects!
 
The ideal candidate will have interest and experience with real estate investing, interest and experience with sales, networking and relationship-building and experience and ability to build and manage presence on major social media platforms in a business / brand building context. An excellent work ethic, creativity, ability to learn and take and apply feedback and relentless energy in pursuing clients is a must. BDR will be required to continuously prospect for new relationships and potential borrowers through multiple channels, including industry conferences, meetups and networking events, social media platforms and others (creative, innovative prospecting ideas are encouraged and BDRs are empowered to pursue ideas).

Loan Program and Support:
•      Extremely Competitive rates and loan program for DSCR loans, current rates starting at 6.75% and exclusive, industry-leading options for STRs, short-seasoned cash-out refinance loans and Mixed Use / Multifamily up to 10 Units
•      Industry-leading hard money bridge loans with rates starting at 8.9%, 90% LTC, and 48hr closes (no term sheets required)
•      Fully licensed and lending in 47 States (All excluding ND, NV, SD)
•      Extensive Marketing Support – sponsorship provided on major platforms such as BiggerPockets, Google, and more as well as high-volume digital content and SEO & e-mail marketing campaigns


Tasks and Responsibilities:
•      Prospect for real estate investors that fit our borrower profile through in-person and digital outreach. Reach out consistently to new potential borrowers through phone calls, e-mails and direct messages and engage in a directed sales approach to convert new prospects towards an application and scheduled into call with Account Executive or Senior Account Executive.
•      Daily updating and input in the company CRM, logging all contacts and quoted deals, maintaining up-to-date information to assist with management decision-making and marketing initiatives.
•      Personal Company Branded Social Media Account on at least one of the following platforms (facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) with a one-hour per day commitment including daily posts and other engagement KPI metrics
•      CRM-based KPIs tracked weekly centered around social media engagement, contacts added to company CRM system and meetings booked.
•      Represent Easy Street Capital at industry conferences, meetups and digital platforms with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Skills Desired/Required:
•      Experience in a general Account Executive, sales, or originations role, mortgage lending, or real estate a plus.
•      Social Media Marketing / Account Building experience strongly preferred
•      Ownership or interested in pursuing ownership of real estate investment properties
•      HubSpot or Comparable CRM Software Experience (preferred)
•      Driven and Confident, Strong Desire to succeed and hit KPI Targets
•      Positive Attitude, Accountability and ability to thrive with a Commission-Oriented Compensation Structure

Compensation:

25bps (0.25% * Loan Amount, average $2,500 per loan*) for any Contacts found converted into fully funded deals by referred Account Executive
$5,000 Base Salary ($60,000 minimum annual compensation)
