Summary function: Promotes a variety of Florida Bar non-dues revenue generating and member service programs to Florida Bar members and other potentially interested stakeholders. Works collaboratively with several Florida Bar departments and programs across the Bar to market and promote resources, products, and services. Coordinates marketing efforts and outbound communications with the Bar Communications team.
Required minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related degree (proof required at interview).
Required minimum professional work experience: Three (3) years of experience in marketing, promotion, and engagement activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordination and marketing of Bar non-dues revenue generating programs and member service programs to increase revenue, increase usage, increase market share, call members to action to engage, etc. The programs include, but are not limited to continuing legal education, member benefits, legal publications, lawyer referral services, LegalFuel.com, section membership and retention, annual convention, board certification, Florida Free Legal Answers, Florida Lawyers Helpline, Tech Helpline, Center for Professionalism, Leadership Academy, Florida Registered Paralegals, Foreign Legal Consultants, etc.
Generate or create reports tracking marketing activity across the various marketing and promotion efforts and where possible track growth in market share, revenue growth, engagement growth, and increased activity. Routinely share these reports with Division Director and other applicable stakeholders for the programs being marketed or promoted.
Coordinate with the stakeholders from the various Bar programs throughout the Bar to understand the marketing needs and goals of the programs and work with them to engage and deliver relevant and targeted marketing efforts. Conduct training of Bar staff on best practices for marketing and promotion of products, services, and resources to achieve the best results.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge of:

- Creating marketing and promotional collateral to achieve desired results
- Proficient use of technology to aid in creating marketing collateral
- Social media content creation, monitoring, and posting
- Report generation and communication of marketing data and trends
- All Microsoft office programs
- Correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar usage
- Research for information sources and verification of facts
- Effective communications
Ability to:
- Travel to Florida Bar programs and events
- Create ADA compliant marketing and promotional content
- Develop marketing plans and sequencing activities to determine marketing efforts needed and to
monitor and analyze the results of the marketing efforts
- Analyze and communicate marketing trends and preparing forecasts
- Conduct Internet research
- Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Plan, conduct, and evaluate assigned projects
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
- Prioritize, plan, organize and coordinate work
- Pay attention to details
- Be familiar with The Rules Regulating The Florida Bar and Standing Board Policies
- Communicate effectively with many different types of groups, clients, customers, and
stakeholders
- Make presentations

Some travel is required. Use of office equipment especially PC and telephone. Mental acuity. Ability to work additional hours outside the regular schedule. Ability to sit for long periods of time, hear and converse over the telephone, and key/work frequently on a computer. Ability to lift 10 to 15 lbs.
