Influencer Marketing Intern

MAVRANS is a sustainable clothing brand that focuses on creating collections made for good times. The concept started in 2018 with the idea to redefine leisurewear for the modern lifestyle. With the aim to make the next best outfit, we are continuously redefining our core garment collection intended for being the limelight at the party. MAVRANS now distributes their products globally with our home base in Miami FL.
We’re looking for a talented and creative player to join the team at MAVRANS as our Influencer Marketing Intern. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical expertise and insight to optimize and scale our paid and unpaid Influencer program with daily attention to performance, as well as clear communication to leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure attainment of monthly financial goals. They will have strong understanding of the evolving and fast-paced influencer/ambassador landscape, as well as understand how brands leverage talent to support their overall marketing objectives. This person will be responsible for ideating and building strategic influencer-driven performance campaigns and identifying the right talent to fulfill the program.


  • Assist with influencer strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide network of talent/tastemakers/influencers that embody the culture and values of the MAVRANS brand.
  • Stay on top of current and emerging digital platforms.
  • Partner with the Brand team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all partners and campaigns.
  • Ensure best-in-class collaborations through processes and tactics that are implemented and maintained with all of our partners.
  • Oversee management of talent conversations, leading the negotiation and contracting of influencers and talent with a strong knowledge in Federal Trade Commission Guidelines (FTC) and standard deal points.
