Corporate Events Marketing Intern
About the Role
As an intern for the Global Event Marketing team, you will help build the 2024 event calendar, create a tradeshow property inventory tracking process and support logistics for upcoming events and campaigns.
You will also be expected to:
- Research events in the proptech, enterprise, retail and education space for consideration in 2024
- Build out an inventory tracking sheet that identifies all current tradeshow properties, messaging and origination date as well as manage swag inventory with Event House
- Assist with logistics for Q3 events and other tradeshow and corporate event logistics as they evolve
- Assist in tracking progress of tradeshow campaigns
About You
- Currently pursuing marketing, communications or a related major
- Detail-oriented, self-starter and results-driven
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own while remote
- Available to work 40 hours per week during June-August or September
Preferred Skills
- Proficient with Google Suite
