Graphics Traffic Specialist


The Graphics Traffic Specialist will work directly with both the Creative Services and Marketing teams and will be responsible for processing creative project requests, build proofing schedules, assign jobs to designers, keep project managers and the creative team on task and on deadline, handle job logistics, work with print vendors, route proofs to the proper stakeholders, update necessary parties on project progress, and ensure work is executed correctly at all stages of the job.

Essential Job Functions
  • Process and manage all creative project requests. 
  • Set project dates, build proofing schedules, compile status updates and keep stakeholders on task. 
  • Manage the workflow of graphic artists to ensure deadlines are met. 
  • Proof/edit all publications created by the department. 
  • Maintain list of current projects that includes project status and deadlines.
  • Conduct weekly departmental production meetings. 
Skills and Qualifications
  • Two or more years' experience in an advertising agency or related experience. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to multitask and keep track of many projects and deadlines at the same time. 
  • Advanced proofing skills and excellent attention to detail. 
  • Ability to set and manage strict deadlines to keep jobs on track. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
