Product Marketing Intern- Fall 2023

Our product marketing internship program offers an unrivaled opportunity for you to wear multiple hats, learn from industry experts, and take on meaningful projects. Post initial training on our existing processes, you will be empowered to flex your creative muscles in the realm of product marketing. This will include the design and creation of additional workflows, development of engaging product-related content, and data analysis for devising strategic marketing campaigns.

Under the guidance of our Technical Onboarding Specialist and direct reporting to our Chief Growth Officer, you will be assisting in key marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of product marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Support in creating engaging product-related content for various channels (website, social media, e-blasts, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, and Customer Success) to understand product features and benefits.
  • Help manage product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and provide reports.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Product Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3.3 GPA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe).

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in conducting market research and analyzing customer needs and industry trends.
  2. Experience or interest in product marketing and product launches.
  3. Experience with data analysis.
  4. Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
