We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Redvest. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our user base, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of Redvest and contribute to our mission of democratizing investing.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive user acquisition and market expansion.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to establish partnerships with financial institutions, brokerage firms, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify key trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, negotiate contracts, and manage ongoing partnerships to drive mutual growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
  • Represent Redvest at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Analyze market data, user feedback, and industry developments to identify potential product enhancements and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, financial technology trends, and investment products to ensure compliance and innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the financial technology industry.
  • Deep understanding of the investment landscape, financial products, and market trends.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Passion for financial technology and a desire to disrupt the investment industry.
