We, at The Incubator LLC, are seeking a creative and highly motivated Social Media Intern to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our online presence, engage with our audience, and learn the ins and outs of social media marketing.

At our digital marketing agency, you will be responsible for managing various client social media accounts, creating and executing effective social media strategies, and contributing to the growth of the agency. This is an exciting opportunity to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced and dynamic agency environment. In case your school allows, after a discussion with us, you can receive a credit for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain multiple client social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and video, to be posted on client social media accounts
  • Develop and execute effective social media strategies to increase engagement and grow client followings
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new and innovative social media campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Monitor and report on social media metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in marketing, communication, or a related field
  • Previous experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for social media and digital marketing
