We offer trusted, personalized financial advice that is designed especially for those who have been left behind by traditional financial institutions and their high-priced products. We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and experienced part-time Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth and engagement through social media channels, experience with influencer marketing, and an ability to create compelling content that resonates with Gen Z.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase engagement.
- Manage and oversee social media content creation and scheduling, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
- Coordinate with influencers for product promotions and keep track of the content they create.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on our social media campaign's performance and analytics.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and meet company goals.
- Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends; understand the interests and habits of our target audience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms and processes.
- Familiarity with audience research, social media management tools, and SEO.
- Experience with influencer marketing and content creation.
- Understanding of Gen Z culture, trends, and language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in the finance industry or personal finance knowledge is a plus.
