Customer Success Intern

As a Customer Success Intern, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our customers/Partners, helping them to achieve their goals and providing exceptional service. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and work alongside a team of experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Customer Success team with day-to-day operations, including customer onboarding, order management, and issue resolution.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to answer questions and provide support.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to identify upsell opportunities and promote customer growth.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (plus, experience with CRM software useful, but not essential).
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and solving problems.
