Hissyfits is a fast paced, ever-growing boutique located at the gorgeous Rosemary Beach, FL on Hwy 30a. Both locations strive to bring women affordable fashion-forward brands of clothing and accessories. We want every Hissyfits woman to leave feeling like 1 million bucks without spending it!
Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge and assist customers, answer questions quickly and accurately.
- Practice teamwork by being ready and willing to help other members of the team when they need a hand.
- Maintain salesfloor awareness to prevent product loss. Lead by example with a high level of integrity.
- Motivate and inspire your team to give their all through coaching in the moment, giving feedback, celebrating wins, and having fun with recognition.
- Offer style suggestions.
- Work as a team with co-workers to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience throughout the entire store.
- Support sales floor, check out, and stocking.
- Courteous and responsive to internal/external request
- Exchange and verify job related information to provide support.
- Good communicator with the ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers and your team to meet goals.
- Problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, who is always learning, open to feedback and takes action as required.
- Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally.
- Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
- Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on- the-job training.
- Maintain store appearance by adequately stocking and performing general housekeeping.
