Roles Available:
Android Developer Intern – WFM (Workforce Management Team) – (1 role)
Reporting to the Development Manager (Mobile Workforce Management) the Android Software Developer Intern, is responsible for implementing new features and addressing existing deficiencies in the Android Dayforce application. You will concentrate on contributing to the Dayforce product natively for Android using mainly Kotlin programming language. You will collaborate with other Android developers and QA team members throughout the development process to ensure your work is functionally complete and technically solid.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Write code in Kotlin and/or Java
- Work on new or existing features for the Android application
- Fix bugs and create unit tests
- Collaborate with various team members to support development process
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in Computer Engineering, Science, Math, or related programs and possess genuine interest in developing software for Android platform
- Knowledge of Kotlin programming language
- Understanding of Android applications architecture
- Good communication skills, ability to explain concepts to audience with various technical competency
- Passion for mobile development
Nice to have:

- Experience working in an agile development environment
- A passion for UI & UX
