JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth via paid media channels as well as optimizing campaigns. This candidate has a progressive understanding of the interrelationship between Programmatic and other digital channels. In this role you will think creatively, do research, and develop innovative tactics to improve efficiencies and advance the program. You’ll manage several different tasks concurrently which requires working closely with management, agency partners, and cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and align objectives. 
The Digital Marketing Manager will have solid communication skills and tactical hands-on experience optimizing and managing Programmatic campaigns. Data and analysis should come easily. You must be dynamic with your strategies and willing to adapt to the ever-changing marketplace. 
 
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Possess deep knowledge of digital performance media channels (SEM, Social, Video & Programmatic Display) platforms, tactics and data strategy.
  • Manage daily operations of Programmatic Advertising
  • Create, launch, test, and manage programmatic campaigns across various networks
  • Drive campaign development, bid strategies, optimization, and channel management.
  • Research and identify new customer segments for targeted search campaigns.
  • Build customer audience lists (1st person to similar/lookalike audiences)
  • Set up remarketing triggers aligning with UX, email, and other channels to retain and build the lifetime value of customers.
  • Own performance of paid media campaigns and reporting weekly 
  • Ability to utilize data and customer insights, analytics to make decisions, recommendations, and hypotheses about customer behaviors
  • Understand campaign automation connecting API’s and Scripts for smoother marketing approaches
  • Identify and analyze competitor techniques, as well as benchmark performance against competitors.

Qualifications include:
  • Must be available to travel 25 % or more based on business needs
  • Proven Programmatic experience and success managing Google and Microsoft Display Ads 
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Programmatic marketing
  • Experience with Google Analytics and AdWords
  • Experience managing a medium-large brand
  • Ability to work with and lead external vendor/partner relationships including negotiating contracts and terms
  • Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Understands campaign objectives/strategy and able to present insight in reports to clients as well as field/anticipate questions.
  • DV360 experience highly preferred
  • YouTube Ad experience desirable
  • Meta Ad experience desirable
EXPERIENCE:      
Outlined below are the academic qualifications and length and type of experience deemed necessary by Unique Vacations Inc. in order to perform the role of Paid Media Manager.
 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Experience: 4 years in advertising agency or similar marketing role experience, preferably travel industry related
