Accounts Payable Specialist
Dolphin Entertainment's accounting team is growing and needs a proven Accounts Payable Specialist to join the group. This candidate must have strong time management skills, attention to detail, and solid communication abilities. Strong technology skills are critical with the ability to work independently. Experience using Netsuite will be advantageous.

Job Responsibilities
- Posting payments of wire transfers, checks, and credit card transactions
- Maintaining the NetSuite billing system
- Account Reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts payables files, records, invoices, debits, credits
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries
- Receiving vendor invoices and validating the expense
- Enter invoices into NetSuite
- Processing check runs for all eight companies and mail checks, Bank Wires, and ACH transactions - promptly
- Protects the company's value by keeping information confidential
- Additional duties to support the accounting team may be assigned.
