We are looking for candidates
• Assist international guests through the digital self-service and sales tools available.
• Coordinate daily contact with guests (face-to-face or digitally).
• Assist with concerns and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Work in a dynamic environment with enthusiasm
• Can provide quality customer service.
• Are well-groomed, friendly, with positive characteristics.
• Enjoys working in a diverse environment, with attention to details.
• Works well independently and stay on task with little supervision.
• Background in customer service or event planning a plus.
• Able to work weekdays and weekends with a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable using/ working with electronic devices and communicating via email.
• Fluent in the English language and able to read, speak and write.
• At least 21 years of age with a valid Driver's License.
