Intake Family Support Coordinator
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience working in a Call Center environment, excellent verbal communication skills and a passion to provide superior customer service.; ability to learn new software programs quickly and intuitively; excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; and ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
