This is a full-time or part-time PAID opportunity based on an incentive-based affiliate marketing structure up to 20% commissions, where students can earn up to a high cap (to be determined), depending on their success with social media affiliate promotion of our brand. If one's social media content garners a meaningful number of views or goes viral, both of which are quite possible scenarios on social media, especially Tik Tok, there is no limit as to how much they can earn within the high cap. If one's content reaches 1M views for a $100 product, if 10% of those who view the content purchase, a significant sum results, although in this instance, we will impose a reasonable cap for payout as will be determined. Of course, if the link is not utilized the pay will be measured accordingly, which can result in little to no pay. Read more below.

CEOs Olivia Noh, Esq. (fashion lawyer & entrepreneur, Harvard Law School '22) and Niko Grapsas, in addition to the assigned supervisors, will offer students individualized attention. Both are fashion enthusiasts and serial entrepreneurs. Niko has founded 5+ companies and grew them into multi-million dollar valued businesses, the latest venture in the 8 figures, the success of which he wants to replicate with this brand. We are looking to grow a brand that will be nationally recognized in the next 2 years, not just an e-commerce store. Thanks to the generous cooperation from our partners, we have the resources to scale rapidly. Please find their information below.

Pinkaholics Anonymous LLC

Are you a fashion lover with a passion for social media marketing? Are you ready to take your skills to the next level and gain valuable experience in the industry? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you! Pinkaholics Anonymous LLC, a rapidly-growing women's clothing and jewelry brand, is currently seeking social media marketing interns to join our team of fashion enthusiasts. (Check us out at www. pinkaholicsanonymous.com.)

As a social media marketing intern, you will be thrown right into the exciting world of fashion and digital marketing. You will assist in the development and implementation of social media campaigns that will make a statement in the industry. From creating engaging and visually appealing content to collaborating with our fashion-savvy audience, you'll have the opportunity to flex your creative muscles and showcase your skills.

But it's not all just about looking good on Instagram. You will also have the opportunity to dive deep into the analytics of our social media strategy and provide valuable insights that will shape the future of our brand. You will work closely with our team of industry veterans and receive personalized attention and guidance every step of the way, including Co-Partner Olivia Noh, a fashion business lawyer (Harvard Law School, JD ‘22, barred in Massachusetts) who has access to an extensive network of industry professionals whom you can consult with regarding your career goals and seek advice on how to navigate the fashion industry.

Furthermore, if you are interested in learning about the apparel and jewelry sourcing and manufacturing process, you are welcome to gain international experience of working with 20+ foreign factories within our affiliate network. This will be an invaluable opportunity for any creatives who plan to produce their own designs and see them through to the end, as well as those who aspire to build their brand down the road. You will learn how to locate quality factories and negotiate with vendors at various stages of the process, including factory audits, determining the price and minimum order quantity (MOQ), legal protection of IP (NNN Agreement), sample creation, review, inspection, shipment arrangement with freight forwarders, and dispute resolution should anything goes sideways. Interns will become aware of cultural differences and learn how to effectively communicate and build relationships with international actors.

This is a highly competitive, paid internship where you may be able earn commissions and academic credits and receive personalized attention, professional guidance, and review from senior members of the company, who are veterans in the industry. You will receive support and regular feedback throughout the program. Upon successful completion, you will also receive a recommendation letter that will boost your portfolio for the next steps in your career. After the internship, we also consider interns as potential candidates for the Assistant Marketing Director positions with us if they so desire, although post-university employment is not guaranteed.

Pay:

Pay is based on an incentive structure. Interns earn commissions with affiliate promotion of the brand. Commissions range from 1%-20% depending on performance, with pay structure subject to change by the company. There is no limit as to how much one can earn under a capped amount, which shall be determined by the company. The possibility of significant income becomes possible as the students' affiliate marketing is carried out in conjunction with our large-scale marketing campaigns for brand awareness. This is a pay structure that is rare and has significant upsides for student interns as there is no limit to how much they can earn within a high cap. If an intern's social content consistently goes viral or reaches thousands or tens of thousands of people, they may make a huge sum of money otherwise almost impossible to come by for students, upon discretion of the company and under the cap. The harder they work to promote us on social media, the more significant the pay will likely be. Such pay is made possible by the power of social media marketing, and this is also a great opportunity to experience and harness the power of affiliate marketing. However, the amount of pay strictly depends on the sales they generate. If the student does not put in meaningful effort and fails to perform, or the link isn't utilized properly, compensation will be measured accordingly.

The following examples illustrate how this works. These are simply possible scenarios and not guarantees.

Payout Example 1: A typical price for the upcoming jewelry collection is $100. If one successfully promotes on social media and creates a viral video, which reaches 1000 views (this is a possible scenario on TikTok due to its algorithm), and of the 1000 people viewed, 100 purchase our product, that is a total of $100 x 100 = $10,000. 10% of that is $1,000 and 20% is $2,000. This is one way to calculate pay per meaningful piece of social content, so long as these figures are under the high capped amount that shall be determined. If this is repeated during the internship, interns can earn multiples of the sum under the capped amount.

Payout Example 2: Even if one only succeeds in selling 10 pieces/day through daily social media campaign, that is $100 x 10 = $1,000. 10% of it is $100, 20% is $200. If this is repeated daily, monthly payout reaches $3000-$6,000, if this is under the capped amount to be determined and upon the discretion of the company.

The above scenarios are possibilities, not a given, as pay is correlated to the effort one puts in as well as how social media-saavy they are with creation of their content and gauge of audience response. Pay structure is subject to change upon the company’s discretion.

A Letter from the CEO

I'm Olivia Noh, the CEO of Pinkaholics Anonymous LLC. Pinkaholics Anonymous LLC began in the fall of 2022 when my Co-Partner Niko and I merged preexisting business elements to build a robust supply chain and retail infrastructure, consisting of extensive factory relationships (20+ overseas vendors), design, media, sourcing, and marketing teams, and a freelancer network composed of fashion, graphic, and technical designers. We have hired reputable marketing firms that work with big brands to lead ventures going forward. We are building our social media presence from the ground up. We have received generous investments from our financial partners and are aiming to achieve 10x growth by the end of the year-mark. We are building a brand that we hope will, in a span of a few years, become nationally recognized and established.

My Co-Partner Niko is the business lead of our company. His background is artificial intelligence. He is a fashion enthusiast, hence this company. He has founded and built multiple businesses and grown them into multi-million-dollar companies. He wants to replicate his success with Pinkaholics Anonymous. We are in good hands.

This is an exciting time for us as we are scaling rapidly. Our current and summer interns will lead our social media efforts under the supervision of both our in-house marketing team as well as marketing partners. It is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of marketing, including influencer marketing, paid advertising, and social media content creation. Interns, under our guidance, will grow our Instagram and Tik Tok accounts through the initial stages and handle necessary logistics. There will also be opportunities to learn about Google analytics, conversion tracking, SEO, and manufacturing and sourcing for marketing merchandise.

One project about to begin is singer talent search. We hope to incorporate music into our brand identity. We will shoot music video commercials with a professional film crew. Interns will have the opportunity to participate in various productions, videography, and product photography. They will also lead the "Pinkahol" project in June, a name that is a whimsical play on our brand name. Interns will develop creative strategies for the branding of Pinkahol, a sparkling strawberry lemonade beverage, which is our first venture into the food and beverage industry. We will also work with +100 influencers by August, including both micro influencers of under 10K followers and macro influencers that boast millions of followers. Interns will be heavily involved in collaborations with these influencers and assist the manufacturing of thousands of merchandise products that will be giveaways to influencers. Each intern will be assigned an account of 2-3 influencers with whom they will make collaborations happen and build good relationships for future work.

We want our interns to grow into micro-influencers themselves through our infrastructure as they promote our brand. This will be a great perk for them, as they will expand their reach of their own social media, which is a rare opportunity not easily found elsewhere. Ambassadors will receive affiliate links to drive our sales, from which they may earn 1-20% in commissions within a set cap. This will be a great way for interns to benefit financially while furthering our brand goals. We will connect with sororities and appoint campus representatives across the nation for outreach. For each sorority, we will design sorority-unique apparel for them as a friendly outreach gesture. Annually, we will hold a Pink Party, where we will invite all our partners, influencers, ambassadors, sorority sisters, and campus representatives for a day of great fun, laughter, mingling, and fantastic food to show our appreciation and to publicize the event for our social media. Interns will also collaborate with media outlets, fashion magazines, journalists, and bloggers.

As for employment, we will be hiring aggressively in the fall for 10+ positions in the marketing department. We only consider applicants who have completed our internship or affiliate program, whether part-time or full-time. It's a strict prerequisite.

For the internship, we prefer that students receive academic credits or acquire a zero-credit internship status from their school. However, if this can’t be arranged, they can be considered for affiliate positions.

The internship can be remote, as our interns hail from across the country. It can be part-time or full-time. It is important to us that we provide individualized attention and guidance to all interns. We want to make the experience both career-conscious and educational. We are generous with recommendation letters upon a successful completion of the internship. We are also generous with our contacts in the fashion industry, and we will provide career advice and connect our interns to industry professionals for job considerations and guidance. Our student interns will have the opportunity to seek career advice from visitors we have lined up from the fashion industry, Harvard Law School, and Harvard Business School.

Best regards,
