Responsibilities include:
The Ford Global Data, Insight and Analytics team are trusted advisors enabling Ford to see our business, know our customers, and act in a meaningful way. We enable evidence-based decision making by providing timely, actionable, and forward-looking insights to our Ford business partners.

Data Scientists focus on finding a quantifiable solution to a problem. They work with the data, choose the appropriate techniques to maximize results, and prepare a comprehensive analysis using technologies to deliver a solution.

  • Data Engineers are required to design and build data products and data pipelines. They will ensure robust flow of data from acquisition through curation and governance. Data engineers will enable data as a service and drive all critical data-driven initiatives. Opportunities include, but are not limited to:Integrate market and consumer analytic work streams
  • Support connectivity and mobility solutions
  • Data development and management including transactional and 3rd party data sources
  • Develop and operationalize data standards, quality, and governance across the enterprise
  • Develop new data sources and analytic methods
  • Minimum Requirements:Candidates must be Freshman level class standing
  • Pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science
  • Candidates must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving situations
  • Drive to research, learn, and implement new technologies
  • Work well in a small team and be flexible to work on any aspect of the project as needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferred Requirements:Ford HSSTP graduate and/or Scholarship Recipient preferred (STEM, Blue Oval and Vehicle Team)
