Who we are
Toyota’s Guest Experience and Retention (GEaR) group is made up of seven departments within three pillars all supporting Toyota customer aftersales (aka Fixed Operations) brand experiences.
· Retention and Marketing
o Retention Strategy & Operations
§ Develop and maintain strategies to retain customers after they purchased a vehicle (e.g., ToyotaCare)
o Sales & Retention Marketing
§ Lead marketing initiatives across all GEaR departments
· Operations
o Collision Operations
§ Provide business operations support to collision centers
o Service Operations
§ Provide business operations support to service centers
· Sales
o Parts Sales
§ Support Toyota Dealers with their parts sales operations (internal, wholesale, & counter sales)
o Accessory Sales
§ Support manufacturing, deployment, and sales of Toyota vehicle accessories
o eCommerce Sales
§ Develop and evolve Toyota’s, direct to customer, online parts sales channel

Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Guest Experience and Retention group is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Summer Intern
Reporting to Managers across several Toyota Guest Experience and Retention departments, the primary responsibility of this position is to provide analytical, strategic, and administrative support to a variety of department initiatives. This Team Member will have specific project management assignments, and opportunity to grow themselves and our company by participating in Guest Experience and Retention activities.
We are looking for a customer focused, high energy, outgoing and highly engaged team member that is eager to learn and has a positive attitude that helps them build good relationships.
What you’ll be doing
· Program development:

· Toyota Accessories - Toyota Accessories | Genuine Toyota Accessories Website
· Project management and support:
o Marketing
o Event Planning
o Business Development
· Perform financial analysis to identify ROI opportunities
· KPI tracking & visualization
· Presenting your projects to all levels of Toyota Team Members
· Working with vendors to support projects
