Full Stack Developer - Drupal
Information Technology – Remote (U.S. based)
The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design and architect systems, develop standards and techniques, and design/code HTML/CSS/JS, HTML5/Flash application components and projects for CBN websites and site assets promoting television, mobile and home entertainment properties.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
· Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS, HTML5, XML, DHTML, Javascript including JQuery, Prototype libraries, Webkit
· Demonstrated ability in web application development for live public-facing, XML/database driven sites and applications (PHP, .Net)
· Knowledge of Adobe Flash required, knowledge of ActionScript is preferred
· Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop, Illustrator, ImageReady.)
· Solid understanding of integrating video and 3D elements into HTML5/Flash-based experiences
· Strong understanding of how to create a consistent look and message, and the ability to extend brands through a variety of interactive implementations and mediums.
· Understanding of Object-Oriented analysis and design
· Understanding of color, space, typography, and the formal design process
· Understanding development for different platforms (Mobile devices, desktop)
· Understanding of internationalization and localization requirements
· Detail-oriented and understanding of game and interface design
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to design websites from concept to completion for multiple projects
· Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
· Forward thinker with desire to research, learn and implement new technologies
· Audio and Video editing skills are also an advantage
· Strong 2D and 3D Illustration skills or fine art background are an advantage
· Bachelors in Computer Science preferred
