Analyst/Associate

Helio Health Group specializes in providing life science companies with strategic and operational consulting in patient services, compliance, and next generation monitoring utilizing advanced data science techniques.  

 

Analysts and Associates are key players on the Helio team who are actively involved on projects and often client-facing. Analysts and Associates provide support to project managers to execute project needs. This may include creation of project materials, assistance with gap assessment identification, problem solving, working with large sets of data, and creating analytics, and assisting with project management and organization. Analysts and Associates are also expected to partake in business development activities.  

 

 

·      Deliverable creation and review

·      Assistance with program management organization (e.g., document retention and organization)

·      Assistance with business development activities - proposal development, research, white papers

·      Development of strong industry knowledge

 

·      Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record

·      Associates require 2+ years of full-time work experience

·      Experience in consulting, especially in the healthcare and life sciences industry and/or compliance is preferred

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

 

·      Superior analytical and problem-solving skills

·      Highly motivated and proactive self-starter

·      Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·      Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment

·      Strong teamwork capabilities

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analysis/modeling experience preferred
