What's the opportunity? π€
As a Junior Solution Designer Intern, you will be trained to design & build custom Conversational AI solutions. You will help a team of designers deliver efficient and effective experiences for both client and internal use. OneReach.ai will provide you with a foundation of resources and support for you to thrive and grow within the Artificial Intelligence field. OneReach.ai will give you the building blocks for critical UX thinking, data-driven analysis, and bot building.
What will I be doing? π
- Solve big problems guided by world leading artificial intelligence experts
- Deploy active conversational AI solutions focused on usability, UX principles, and design best practices
- Gain deep knowledge of the full OneReach.ai suite of products
- Work on internal initiatives to shape how you complete your own work each day
- Learn key artificial intelligence, design, general technology skill sets to propel your career forward
What skills do I need? π
- Must have an ability to think strategically and objectively
- Excellent organization, time management, listening, written and oral communications skills
- Comfortable speaking to people at all levels of an organization from front line workers, to business and operation management, project managers and senior executives
- Passionate about solving big world problems with the latest technological innovations
- Possess a growth mindset to constantly learn and adapt to a rapidly changing technology landscape and client needsΒ
- Inquisitive problem solver with the ability to investigate root problems and recommend solutions
- Competent and confident communicating with both technical and business audiences
- Ability to code in JavaScript a plus
Internship Details π
- 10 week program, kicking off June 5th and lasting through August 11th
- The internship will be primarily remote, with potential travel to our HQ in Denver for the first and last weeks of the program
- This role will pay $20 per hour
