Human Resources Coordinator

Job Responsibilities
  • Freelance employee staffing and tracking
  • Maintenance of employee data using human resource information system (HRIS)
  • Maintenance of applicant tracking system (ATS) including scheduling interviews, job posting and backend management 
  • General administrative support including monthly insurance invoice payments, coordinating training opportunities, data entry
  • Responding to employee inquiries about a myriad of programs or policies
  • Assisting the HR team in various projects

Qualifications
  • Prefer 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources – advertising, entertainment or another creative industry a plus
  • Proven ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization
  • High technical proficiency with Google suite and Microsoft Office
  • Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or equivalent HR work experience
