Human Resources Coordinator
Job Responsibilities
- Freelance employee staffing and tracking
- Maintenance of employee data using human resource information system (HRIS)
- Maintenance of applicant tracking system (ATS) including scheduling interviews, job posting and backend management
- General administrative support including monthly insurance invoice payments, coordinating training opportunities, data entry
- Responding to employee inquiries about a myriad of programs or policies
- Assisting the HR team in various projects
Qualifications
- Prefer 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources – advertising, entertainment or another creative industry a plus
- Proven ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization
- High technical proficiency with Google suite and Microsoft Office
- Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or equivalent HR work experience
