Talent Acquisition Intern

Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Intern will work to assist Indium Corporation’s Talent Team with recruitment, pre-employment, and onboarding of new talent. The intern is responsible for facilitating communication between the Human Resources Talent Team and hiring managers – both domestic and international. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for business and wants to get hands-on experience working at a global organization.
 
Responsibilities:
•Assist with scheduling, executing, and tracking recruitment activities via phone and email correspondence.
•Act as a Human Resources Liaison for the Indium Corporation Summer Internship Program.
•Process pre-employment and onboarding paperwork for new hires.
•Maintain Human Resources filing.
•Shadow employees to create and update departmental guidelines.
Requirements:
•All interns must be active college students who have completed their freshman year and are enrolled in courses for the Fall semester of 2023.
•Pursuing a degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or another related field.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Experience with Human Resources Tracking Systems preferred.
•Microsoft Office Experience required.
•Keen observation skills with excellent attention to detail.
Shift:
Monday-Friday/8:00am-5:00pm/New Hartford, NY
