Recruiting Coordinator

NPW is currently seeking a reliable and driven individual to fill the position of Recruiting Coordinator. The ideal candidate for this position will be an organized professional responsible for identifying qualified candidates to fill open positions. This position is an in-office role at our Corporate Headquarters in Hialeah, Florida.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
 
  • Show demonstrated success in providing world-class customer service, both internally and with external vendor-partners. Solid people skills are a MUST!
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels. Proper phone and e-mail etiquette critical for success in this role.
  • Possess a high degree of adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Must have at least three (3) years' experience working as a recruiter.
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment and selection.
  • Demonstrate solid computer and technical skills.
  • Bilingual required (Spanish/English)
  • MUST have a positive and can-do attitude!
Responsibilities:
The Recruiting Coordinator will also be responsible for monitoring applicant flow, monitoring department email box and respond to internal HR inquiries. Primary Duties and Responsibilities include but may not be limited to the following:
  • Responsible for full onboarding of selected applicants.
  • Act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates.
  • Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
  • Track and properly guide applicants through onboarding process to ensure fill times are met.
  • Ensure applicants completed all required onboarding documents.
  • Complete E Verify for all new hires and review completed I-9's for accuracy.
  • Run monthly reports as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all personal and sensitive information.
  • Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations.
Educational & Skills Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related, preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of recruiting experience.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks within required timelines.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to be both effective and efficient.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach with arms, speak, and listen
