SUMMER INTERN POSITION
Talent Management Division
PURPOSE
The purpose of the Summer Internship Program is to introduce diverse local college students to vast opportunities available within the world of social services. Interns will learn and grow in a supportive environment though job shadowing, participation on cross-functional teams, mentoring and hands-on experiences. Additionally, they’ll work with other interns on a self-selected team project. Through this exchange, interns will be exposed to ways they can directly and positively impact the lives of our community members.
JOB SUMMARY
The E-learning Development intern, supporting the Director of Learning and Quality and E-learning Developer, will work on projects that support learning and development and organizational communications for internal staff by:
- Shooting, editing and producing video and audio-based projects
- Collaborating with others to brainstorm various creative approaches
- Supporting the creation of “MeTube” (our version of YouTube) for short, staff created how-to videos
- Designing e-templates for internal communications channel, CSCTV

SOFTWARE/EQUIPMENT
Familiarity with commonly used application software: Microsoft Office Program (Excel, Outlook, Word).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate (Sophomore/Junior/Senior) student with a major or concentration area in degrees associated with Video Editing, Digital Media, Mass Communications or related field.
