Our internship program focuses on providing our interns a well-rounded experience in multiple facets of the industry. 

The Human Resources Intern will focus on learning about Human Resources within the construction industry and assisting the Human Resources department with daily operational activities.

  • Working Human Resources department members to learn HR functions within the construction industry
  • Assisting with scheduling pre-employment testing for new employees
  • Assisting with setting up new pre-employment testing clinics to use
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees
  • Assisting with training new employees
  • Assisting with filing of documents and document retention
  • Communicating with superintendents to understand scope of hiring needs
  • Participating in Employee Engagement Committee meetings and activities
  • Participating in Charitable Contributions Committee meetings and activities
  • Assisting with recruiting efforts
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Currently pursuing undergraduate, four-year degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • 24 hours of college credits completed
