Intern, People and Culture Team

Position Overview 
As an Intern in the People and Culture Team, you will be a part of an innovative team and will get exposure across the talent function including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Belonging, People Operations, and People Partner functions. Our internship is designed to provide mentorship, development, and exposure to a variety of projects and programs that directly impact the business and will provide you valuable experience as you begin your career.   
Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions 
  • Review resumes, schedule interviews, attend debrief sessions, get exposure to making offers, as well as keeping our ATS updated throughout the candidate journey. 
  • Support our diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. 
  • Partner with a People Partner on tasks and initiatives related to the full talent lifecycle (org design, engagement, employee relations, etc) within a designated client group.  
  • Provide support to our People Operations team (including onboarding, offboarding, answering org questions to HR). 
  • Partner and help deliver our DayOne onboarding program. 
  • Support projects related to Talent Acquisition, Engagement, and Talent Development. 
  • Partner with our Total Rewards team on related compensation, benefits, and/or recognition projects. 
  • Gain exposure in providing data-driven insights to HR professionals and functional leaders. 
Position Requirements (Education, Experience, Other) 
Required  
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, psychology, business, or similar field  
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources 
  • Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks/projects at one time 
  • Willingness to be flexible and adapt to various levels of work assignments 
  • Ability to collaborate with various departments and positions in the organization 
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written 
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, critical-thinking, analytical and problems solving skills Demonstrates high judgment, flexibility, proactivity, and self-motivated 
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues as an employee in Human Resources 
  • Can work well, both independently and in teams 
  • Basic skill level in Microsoft Office products
