The Retail Guide cordially greets the guests and helps them to find the items they are looking for. Works at the cash register and uses the Point of Sale software. Helps maintain the guest areas including, restrooms and snack booth as well as the general areas. Helps with making and maintaining snacks. Applicants must have an outgoing personality and good customer service skills, be comfortable with handling cash and be able to understand POS system.
Summary of essential job functions
- Help guests with finding items in the store
- Use POS and other types of cash registers
- Help store supervisor in maintaining inventory
- Clean and organize the guest areas as well as the back of the store
- Helps with making and maintaining snacks
