We’re looking for a Flutter App Developer to help us build and add exciting new features to our SupplyHouse mobile app on both the Apple and Google Play stores. The selected individual will work very closely with our Senior App Developer to add new features, squash any bugs, maintain the app, and assist in the deployment build process to the stores.

This is a remote-based role within select states in the United States. At this time, we are only able to employ those located in the following states: Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.

This position will require travel to our NY office headquarters for up to four times per year for internal meetings and team-building activities. The cost of travel for employees out of the area will be covered by the company. Additionally, our offices are always available for staff to use as much as desired.

A company laptop and other necessary equipment will be provided along with a $250 stipend for your work from home space.

Role Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Location: Remote (Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington)

Schedule: Standard business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, however, you may utilize our Flex-Time Policy to work your preferred schedule

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and test the SupplyHouse mobile application for iOS and Android
  • Collaborate with others to improve and maintain the app
  • Adapt to and support new technologies, and integrate native features
  • Develop technical documentation for new requirements and existing features
  • Implement the app submission process, automate builds, submit apps for review, and address feedback

 Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in Computer Science/related field
  • Experience in development of Android/iOS applications and deployment on Apple/Google Play stores
  • 4+ years of experience in mobile app development
  • 2+ years of Flutter application development experience (additional experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of Dart programming language, Rest APIs, and integration of various APIs from third-parties
  • In-depth understanding of Object-Oriented programming languages
  • Knowledge of Swift and Kotlin technologies (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Apple and Google App Submission, and review processes
  • Familiarity using version control tools like Git, Bug Tracking systems like JIRA, and IDEs like Android Studio, VS Code etc.
  • Understanding of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle and exposure to scrum projects
