Capgemini Full-Time Consultant - Campus Hire (Orlando, FL)

What will be my first role?
 
Our informal motto is “it depends”. Similar to how you work in different industries, you make have different roles with each project too. Below is a brief description of the role(s) you may fill:
Business Analyst: Meeting with client to gather requirements, writing user stories, analyzing data, and working with technical team to create a solution
Testing Analyst: Testing software and using quality assurance methods to ensure the solution is properly meeting the client’s requirements
Developer/Programmer: Writing and reviewing code, programming, and software development, fixing bugs, testing and quality assurance, interpreting architecture and design, etc.
 
What are the required skills and experience?

A Bachelor's degree
A minimum GPA of 3.3 of 4.0
Baseline skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering, Testing, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Reporting
 
Applicants for employment in the US must have valid work authorization that does not now and/or will not in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the US by Capgemini.
 
Exceptional performance in these majors or concentrations:
Technology: Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Data Science
Business: Finance, Supply Chain, Digital Leadership
Engineering: Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering     
 
Skills and experience in these areas:
Technical Skills: Java/J2EE, .Net, C++, Python, Web Development Technology (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery, JSON), Database (Oracle), Responsive Web Design, ETL, PL/SQL, Hadoop, cloud APIs (e.g., a public cloud such as AWS, Azure, GCP or an advanced private cloud such as Google, Facebook), UX Design Skills, UI Prototyping
Functional Skills: System Analysis, Business Analytics (such as Power BI), Project Management, Testing, Technical and/or Creative Writing, Workshop Facilitation, HR Process Knowledge, SharePoint, Office365, Dynamics
