Fitness & Wellness Intern

SFWB is seeking a remote intern to assist with a small fitness and nutrition LLC. This position will be working with the owner to assist with direct business needs. This intern will:

·     Gain hands-on experience in the athletic strength and conditioning, corrective exercise and fitness nutrition field

·     Learn general fitness programming based on the clients’ needs and goals

·     Gain experience in virtual and in-person Corporate Wellness programming

·     Ensure all clients and athletes are performing exercises safely and effectively during virtual and in-person sessions

·     Work with clients and athletes as their goals and needs evolve

·     Assist with Social Media marketing and website updates

·     Assist in general business marketing

·     Understanding small business management
