Our Co-Founders are given an incredible opportunity to work with our management team to launch your own branch of Greenbox Storage. This role prepares you to go out and launch your own startup.
The Campus Co-Founder’s primary responsibility is two-pronged. The first responsibility is to conduct sales and marketing operations to promote Greenbox Storage on campus. Working alongside our management team, you will ensure all advertising and marketing tasks are complete each week. The second responsibility is to conduct item pickup and drop off operations. These operations take place at the end of the spring semester and beginning of the fall semester.

Our company provides a hassle-free, pickup and delivery summer storage service for college students across the United States. Our Mission is to relieve stress for college students during periods of transition to help them reach their academic goals. Our goal is to impact and improve the lives of 100,000 college students by our 10th year in operation.

Job Responsibilities
At the beginning of your employment, you will work your way through our video training course. You will learn everything about the business, from how it was formed, to how to complete sales, marketing, and moving operations.
Once spring term approaches, you will start to conduct sales and marketing operations. Throughout the entire spring semester, it is your job to ensure that every single on-campus student at your school knows what Greenbox Storage is. You will develop your communication and selling ability throughout the semester.
Each week, you will meet with your supervisor to monitor progress, celebrate wins, and create a plan for the following week.
As the sales period closes, the operational period begins. At the end of the semester, you will be responsible for overseeing the transport of all client items from their possession to our storage facility. You will not be able to do this alone. With the help of able-bodied friends that you recruit to help, you will oversee the safe transport of every item.
After the pickup process is complete, you're done for the entire summer! You may have even been able to earn enough money during the spring semester to sustain you until the fall. When the fall rolls around, the final responsibility is to return client items from the storage facility to their new living location.
Compensation
We know it's cliche, but what you put into it is what you get out of it. If you give it your all, you will have an unmatched employment experience that you will be able to leverage in post-graduate job interviews. Not only that, but you will make a boatload of money doing it.
The compensation package is as follows:
1. You will be paid $15/hour
2. You will be paid $40 for every order
3. You will earn up to $80 each week in performance bonuses
With a conservative goal of 100 customers this year, you will likely earn around $7,000 for the work you put in this spring. Not only will you have the opportunity to earn a lot of money, but the experience and knowledge you will gain throughout this semester will be invaluable.
