Academy of Country Music Spring Intern

We are looking for bright, fun, hard-working students who love country music and want to see the music entertainment business first-hand. This year’s interns will work towards the planning and execution of the 58th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards.
 
The chosen candidates will work closely with the Academy staff in their Nashville office in one of the following departments Event Management, Strategic Partnerships, Marketing, Publicity & PR, Creative and Content Production, Design, Artist & Industry Relations, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. They will additionally complete general administrative duties to support the entire ACM office.
 
Internships will start in January running through the end of May 2023. The internship will be based in Nashville, TN. The internship will be primarily in person and may require a week of travel surrounding the 58th Academy of Country Music Awards in Frisco, TX on May 11th.
 
Candidates may receive credit for their participation and will be paid for the internship. All students are encouraged to apply.
 
SKILLS REQUIRED:
 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Interest in the country music industry
Professional demeanor
Flexible Schedules
Well organized with attention to detail and ability to carry out tasks independently
Ability to meet deadlines
Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite highly preferred
Creative and Content Production interns should have experience using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop
