The purpose of this internship is to prepare college students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the various functions of the Zebra Technologies organization. The program is designed to provide you with a full experience so that you can fully envision a career with Zebra. You will be positioned for success with training, exposure to all parts of the business, social activities, a professional mentor relationship and development sessions to help you discover your own performance edge! 

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with partner & end-user marketing activities that drive demand, including the alignment, implementation, and management of marketing plans, campaign execution, and reporting
  • Utilize available systems and tools to analyze, track, and report on key performance indicators such as leads, funds, data, and budget
  • Project manage and coordinate with our internal and external stakeholders the planned campaign deliverables that support North America Channel marketing initiatives
  • In support of the Channel Marketing Team, collaborate with multiple marketing functions, vertical marketing, portfolio marketing, and events management
  • Together with the Channel Marketing team, be the marketing support for regional and extended sales team
  • Participate in Zebra, industry, and partner activities and/or meetings as needed or determined by Channel Marketing team
  • Support other projects as assigned

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program (BS or BA) in Marketing, Business, or related field. 
  • Must be graduating in May 2023, December 2023, May 2024, December 2024, or May 2025
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship
  • Must reside within 50 miles of the primary work location
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills to operate in a matrix business environment
  • Creative thinker, passion for innovation and new idea
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
  • Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences
  • 0-2 years of applicable education/work experience preferred
  • Solid skills using a variety of computer programs and social media platforms
  • Good time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary: USD 19.00 - USD 42.50 Hourly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
