Senior Analyst, CRM (Hybrid)

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst, CRM! The Senior Analyst, CRM supports company objectives by providing analysis and analytic consultation for direct mail and email campaigns; this includes design and backend analytics and interpretation of findings to make data-based recommendations aligned with company and marketing goals. This position requires the ability to assess and evaluate the performance of calls to action on the carnival.com website as driven by direct mail, email and other campaigns. The senior analyst, CRM, in addition to generating insights and test designs is responsible for collating and developing best practices for CRM marketing. And where applicable, the senior analyst, CRM, should have awareness of company key performance indicators (KPIs) and integrate them in report narratives for further perspective. This role also provides mentorship for other team analysts.

Essential Functions:
Campaign Insight and Optimization
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results across channels to understand the effectiveness of strategies and tactics for optimization – this includes ability to assess website actions and performance.
  • Provide regular cadence of reporting with insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance.
  • Perform data visualization to illustrate trends and data relationships.
  • Collaborate to brainstorm and ideate campaign optimization tactics to drive effective response.
Campaign Testing
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop direct mail and email testing strategies and tactics; including all elements (i.e., creative, copy, segmentation, personalization, product, subject lines and messaging).
  • Develop and manage weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that highlight key insights and strategic learnings.
Business Intelligence
  • Training and coaching stakeholders and team members in the full use of relevant business intelligence tools and dashboards to maximize use and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop ongoing efficiencies in how metrics are defined, tabulated and analyzed.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Finance, Information Management or Business/Marketing related fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the analysis and performance measurement of direct and email campaigns.
  • 3 to 5 years hands-on, practical experience with SAS or SQL, including and not limited to SAS Macro programming, Proc SQL and SAS and Tableau. Google Analytics 360. Solid understanding of foundational and advanced statistical methods is required. Proficient with Microsoft Office with advanced Excel ad PowerPoint skills
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills and proven experience managing large data sets, performing statistical analyses and testing. Proprietary data warehouse mining and analytics. Strong communication skills. Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
