Solving some of the most challenging problems affecting online communities while allowing a free-flowing discussion system connecting all doctors in the world. The results so far are highly promising – doctors, clinicians and researchers are collaborating with each other all around the world: Sharing ideas and knowledge, educating each other on new products, drugs and techniques, and – most importantly - making a real impact on saving lives. We believe we have proven our model and found product/market fit, but we need your help expanding access to the world, so that all medical professionals can take part in this community, and all patients can benefit.
About the Role
DocMatter has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic part-time Marketing Intern. This is a fully remote position approximately 5-10 hours per week.
We are looking for someone who has a strong desire to learn with a professional drive, solid understanding of different marketing techniques, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Must have a passion for research, marketing, and best practices. Time management, organization, and the ability to follow through are vital to success in this role.
Must be currently enrolled in obtaining a degree in marketing or research orientated major with demonstrated interest in online communication.

Responsibilities include:
·  Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
·  Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
 
Requirements:
·       Proficient with excel
·       Understands and can produce analytics for data gathered
·       Able to synthesize ideas and present to varied audience
·       Able to work collaboratively
·       Provide proactive communication
·       Strong attention to detail yet remain adaptable
·       Able to show initiative
·       Able to stay organized and plan
