Marketing Analytics Intern

The Marketing Analytics Intern will assist our marketing analytics pipeline building efforts in our growing team. The right person for the job will have an appetite for learning new tools & techniques and be passionate about marketing. They should also possess attention to detail.  

Responsibilities:
  • Have up to 20 hours available to work a week (Flexible schedule)
  • Report to a data analyst within the analytics team
  • Assist processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication deliverables
  • Open to discover new business opportunities and to develop innovative business ideas that will carry the company forward
  • Attend weekly department meetings (1 hour)
  • Hold weekly 1:1 meetings with the team lead for their training progress (1 hour)
  • Attend monthly staff meetings on the first Thursday of the month

Qualifications:
  • Studying/graduated from IT, business, economics fields or possess relative experience
  • Have proficiency in Google Sheets/ MS Excel including advanced functions, pivot tables
  • Have familiarity with Analytics, Social Media and CRM tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp and Hootsuite
  • Have familiarity with Google Data Studio or any other data visualization tool
  • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Team player 
  • Good communication, collaboration and delegation skills
