Clean Water Needs Survey Specialist
The Clean Watersheds Needs Survey (CWNS) is a comprehensive assessment of the capital costs (or needs) to meet the water quality goals of the Clean Water Act and address water quality and water quality related public health concerns. The CWNS Specialist duties include the review and annotation of information pertaining to approximately 1,200 publicly owned wastewater systems, stormwater control facilities, nonpoint pollution control projects, and decentralized wastewater management projects.
