Data Specialist Sports Programming

Job Summary
Responsible for developing and modifying sports and high value programming sponsorship packages and sales opportunities. Develops data-driven insights to support materials that address the priorities and preferences B2B advertising client segments. Partner with sales and account team by researching, organizing and conducting audience driven programming sponsorship presentation.Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Facilitates the selling of advertising by providing sports and high value programming plans that meet the needs of assigned client and sales force by targeting and appealing to important clients, industries and market segments.
  • Conducts research and analysis to determine best advertising inventory; customizes and recommends sales plans for targeted audiences/clients based on campaign intelligence
  • Develops materials to help account executives implement high value programming campaigns and to close sales.
  • Coordinates necessary materials and tracks inventory of materials.
  • Gathers and summarizes marketplace intelligence relative to sales and programming. Partners with internal groups to support tracking and distribution of sales report
  • Assists with answering client concerns. Troubleshoots and follows up on client concerns.
  • Assists Sellers with additional tasks and duties as assigned.
  • Advises and acts upon pre-empt notices, overall reports and other related inventory information with partner teams.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
