Change Management Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Drafting regular news articles highlighting the work of the TGS teams supporting Client's major programs, services, and technology implementations
- Monthly newsletter development and maintenance
- Creating visually engaging presentations, training materials, and other digital artifacts, as necessary
- Updating the TGS intranet site, as necessary
- Supporting the Communication & OCM team across major initiatives and projects, as necessary
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have a combination of excellent written and oral communication skills, with an eye for design and familiarity with digital media content creation.
- Additionally, the candidate should also possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in communication, journalism, change management, or a related field.
- 5+ experience in business supporting corporate, IT, and/or security communication—internal communication experience is a plus
- High proficiency in AP Style guidelines
- Ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts in a simplified manner
- Ability to work quickly in turning around necessary materials
- Highly collaborative work style, working effectively across all organizational levels
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity of Adobe Creative Cloud platforms, including Photoshop, Premier Pro, and InDesign
- Candidates will be asked to submit two (2) writing samples and one-two (1-2) digital media samples (this may include web design artifacts, infographics, PPT presentations, etc.).
