Job Description:
Oversees system administration for (HCM) Oracle Human Capital Management modules (Benefits, Core HR, Recruiting, and ePerformance), workflow, digitized personnel records, Human Resources website, and ad hoc report creation. Responsible for the maintenance and management of user accounts and security for HCM.

Duties & Responsibilities:
•Partners with HCM modules to enhance the performance of the HR system
•Ensure that appropriate roles, permission lists, row level security, and security trees exists for all functional areas within Human Resources
•Work with users and technical resources to design, implement, and maintain security structures for delivered and customized Oracle PeopleSoft applications
•Ensures optimum performance of Division statistical reports
•Develops written guidelines and procedures to be used in the processing of security and configuration changes; ensures that the appropriate documents and manuals are maintained
•Overall responsibility for evaluating, analyzing, designing and maintaining (HRIS) Human Resources Information Systems, and/or business solutions in coordination with IT staff, application owners and department users
•Participates in internal HR and cross-departmental projects to implement systems and procedures that manage HR data and business processes
•Ensures that staff provides accurate system reports as requested; maintains a library of reports and tracks their use
•Directs and coordinates the work of the HR ERPTechnical Support staff to ensure that they are providing users with prompt and high quality service
•Participates in ERP Security Governance Committee meetings
•Performs ongoing evaluation of website software and hardware to ensure the continued and future effectiveness and efficiency of the website, and makes
recommendations for requests to enhance or replace existing hardware and/or software
•Monitors, analyzes, and evaluates system utilization to ensure appropriate and efficient use of applications
•Audits computer workstation adherence to College standards and takes remedial action as deemed appropriate
•Works with HR department heads to ensure that the Human Resources website remains compliant and professional containing accurate information
•Manages all HRIS functions related to Human Resources applications and administration including interviewing, selecting and training employees; planning and directing work
•Analyzes users and roles are Segregation of Duty (SOD) free and maintains security controls documentation
•Monitors the Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) for processes held in routing to ensure all transactions are directed to the proper channels for approval

Minimum Requirements: 
•Master’s degree in MIS or Computer Science and (4) four years of software application experience to include Oracle PeopleSoft or Bachelor’s degree with eight (8) years of experience. 
•Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Linux, or Mac OS X operating system
•Knowledge and understanding of business processes, process controls in HCM
•Ability to analyze system problems and develop solutions through configuration of system
•Knowledge of PeopleSoft Security Architecture components such as: User Profile Management, roles and permission lists, row level security set up, queries, and workflow route control
•Knowledge of designing, implementing, and supporting security processes in an ERP environment, preferably Oracle PeopleSoft
•Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
