IT Desktop Support Specialist

Summary

  • Location: HSHS St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay WI
  • Full-time, M-F, 8am-4:30pm, on call

Whether it's walking a provider through an IT-related issue via the Help Desk or coming to the aid of a colleague whose computer has crashed our Client Services Specialists are vital to our success as an organization. Client Services Specialists solve problems for users and support our colleagues to further our mission to provide high-quality care to our patients.

This person will provide Tier 2 support ( which can by done by phone).

They need to be onsite because he/she will also be fixing hardware onsite.

Calls- 1 week at a time, every 6-7th week. $3.50/hr on call pay, 2 hrs-min pay.

Qualifications

Education
High school diploma or GED and 2.5 years of relevant experience required or Associates Degree and six months of relevant experience required or Bachelor's Degree or higher and no prior experience required.
Training in all or one of the following preferred: operating systems concepts; hardware; installation procedures; and applications.
High School Diploma or GED-Required
Associates-Preferred
 
Experience
Preference will be given to individuals with previous related experience.
 
Certifications Licenses and Registrations
Applicable certification for assigned area preferred.
