Job Description:
FUD is seeking a highly motivated, meticulous, energetic graphic designer looking to develop and execute designs for both web and print. Your time at FUD will provide you with an exciting opportunity to practice your skills and develop new ones as you work closely with a team and different departments to develop, execute, and deliver pieces. For a successful experience in this job, you will need to have skills in Adobe softwares, web, print, and logo design, and it would be preferred if you have experience with HTML and animation. With that said, a prolific show of effort and desire to learn will go a long way! Please consider working with FUD to gain experience as a graphic designer.
Requirements:
- Need skill and experience in all Adobe software
- Experience with HTML and Animation (not required but preferred)
- Aptitude for clear design development and ability to create compelling designs
- Overall solid foundation and understanding of graphic design principles
Responsibilities:
As a startup, we can be flexible with what you'd like to work on. But for the most part, our design team will work in the field and remotely on the following, but not limited to:
- Ideating, developing, designing, and communicating visual concepts
- Formulating layout and organization of pitch decks, marketing material, ads, infographics and more.
- Conferring with teams to resolve design-related conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, and develop solutions.
- Editing, writing, or designing content and collaborating with team members who produce content.
- Maintaining an understanding of the latest design development tools and design principles through education, study, and participation in conferences, workshops, and groups.
- Collaborating with other teams to provide design support to any relevant projects.
Compensation:
FUD is currently pre-revenue, so we are looking for individuals who want internship experience or academic credit. Once we start generating sufficient revenue, sales commissions, bonuses, and hourly pay will be provided. Furthermore, FUD will develop your professional skills through seminars, work experience, and different workshops throughout your time with the company.
